What: As Manager QA I will ensure that the way of working of VDL Special Vehicles meets the quality, environment and occupational health and safety requirements of all stakeholders
How? I will teach and support the employees in applying the appropriate method (Lean, EFQM, NLP....) to improve the VDLSpecial Vehicles organisation. LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method will be used as facilitation method in the different stages.
