As a Sales Engineer I have gained significant experience in a dynamic, commercial, project based environment with emphasis on time lines and quality. 

In the position of Manager Operations I am currently responsible for managing all operational activities within our state-of-the-art production site.

Defining the right approach to achieve goals combined with managing the different characters and interests of people gives me energy! 
As a leader I focus on three basic criteria for measuring personal performance:
