Supply Value Stream Manager: This is a pivotal role at the heart of the Veghel Chocolate site, which plays a unique role to the 80+ markets that we serve as the biggest chocolate factory in the world. Leading an overall team with > 100 associates, the VSM is ensuring the Supply Chain strategy implementation in his value stream. This includes ensuring the delivery of the operating plan, key functional deliverables in People Leadership, Safety, Quality and Service of both a value stream team (5 associates) in dayshift and 10 Teamleaders looking after a 24/7 operation. Furthermore this role is owning the strategy and execution to deliver relevant KPI’s and work with the rest of the Plant Management Team and regional stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the objectives of both the Veghel site and this value stream.
