In my work I love to make a difference for people. Giving and receiving recognition is really important for me. I’m very sensible for the atmosphere in my working environment. Putting plans and strategies in action and results give me a lot of energy and is a strength of me.
I strive to work with engaged people. Engaged people are more valuable for the business then satisfied people. Engaged people are looking for opportunties, satisfied people wants to maintain the status quo.
I want to make a difference for people, by listening to them, support them in their daily work. Not by giving solutions, but to coach them to the solutions, keeping the theory of Situational Leadership in mind. I'm also inspired by books like 7 Habits, Getting Things Done, From Good To Great and MBTI-profiling.
