My career started as Martian in 2008:
Passion for coordination of multidisciplinary teams and units in our region on Quality Management, process performance, risk and opportunity management and driving verifications and CI across all processes in our region.

A broad range of quality experience within Mars:
Experience managing product quality controls and statistical system implementation, food safety expertise, value stream quality management (in finished products and semi-finished: Q&FS incident lead with teams from Q&FS Supply and Maintenance, Q&FS reviews, CI strategy)

Experience as Engineering technical change manager PMO lead, though multiple departments developed and implemented a technical change management program, focusing on human and food safety requirements.

With my last role at Mars where I was accountable to lead the regional Quality Management Process (compliance to internal standards, FSSC, Kosher and Halal). This for the Region Europe, Russia and Turkey, covering 15 Mars Wrigley factories, producing in the categories Chocolate, gum&mint, fruit confections. The QMP management verification of our Quality Management system, proces verification by leading the internal and external audit program and creating awareness, trust and engagement within all QMP related departements. QMP and compliance to FSSC is the key process for driving Quality to a high Standard within Mars. With focus on people, setting shared objectives and through support with my technical expertise Quality is part of all departements.

In 2022 I furher explored my passion for people by starting as QA manager Friesland Campina. In this role leading the QA team and QC and to everyday support compliance of our cream products for our customers.

Since 2024 I can broaden my passion, first of all in the area of enjoying the fantastic DaelmansStroopwafels and all the other delicious products in our portfolio. But overall in supporting the team(s) and business in QESH management and strategy setting. Proud to be a Daelwomen and to be part of the journey within this informal, entrepreneurial family-owned comany!
